Taking someone by word

It was a lunch hour like every day. We sat in the dining hall with all the students (theology students btw) and were eating. After lunch one of the school speakers went to the mike, asking if there were any announcements. There were none and so she told us, that we might clear our tables, which meant that we had to take the jars and bowls off.
Everyone at our table was in a good mood and someone (don't know who it was) had the idea, to clear the WHOLE table. So we also took away the decoration. There was nothing left. Benni (a grown up, like all the others here) went to Judith (the school speaker) and told her with childlike joy that we had been the only table, who did it right! Judith first didn't understand what he meant - until she saw the table, we had been sitting on. It made her laugh!
Not only her, everyone of our table was visibly amused.

Love my job here at the bibleschool! Everyone's just sincere and cheerful! It's always fun with those lovely people!
